Description

An antique late 19th-century English pocket watch in a sterling-silver (925/1000) case. The enamel dial features Roman numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial. The movement inside is stamped 'Waltham Mass'; the case bears the English hallmarks: lion passant, Birmingham city mark, year letter G (1866) and maker's mark A.B = Alfred Bedford, manager of the Waltham Watch Company in London.
